Job description
Bebo is an independent chain of Cafés and a hospitality catering company, located in Hertfordshire.
The high street Cafés, are established Delicatessen based Cafés, serving high quality sandwiches salads and artisan coffees, with sites in Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City and Hertford.
Bebo also has a well-established hospitality catering arm, which on a weekly basis delivers made to order platters of sandwiches and finger food to local customers.
From these commercial kitchens, Bebo operate a busy coffee shop as well as a large private restaurant for the staff of a PLC client.
Bebo are seeking an experienced Chef to join their Team at their operation located at their commercial kitchen in Hatfield Business Park, AL10.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Weekday shifts, Monday to Friday
- Preparation and presentation of a Buffet self-serve breakfast offer;
- Preparation, presentation and service of a varied lunch offer;
- Design and cost menu changes;
- Manage Ordering;
- Identify possible improvements to the operation.
The ideal applicant has:
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team;
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible;
