Job Description
We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join our team and prepare delicious meals for our customers. Chef de Cuisine will be responsible for preparing dishes according to recipes and customer specifications. We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine who is passionate about food and providing excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare food using pre-established recipes and or special requests from the Chef (when appropriate).
- Clean food preparation areas and maintain sanitation standards to protect customer health and safety.
- Work with the Chef to create new culinary creations.
- Maintain product inventory levels.
- Follow opening and closing procedures for all shifts.
- Work with other kitchen staff to provide an excellent experience for customers.
Experience/Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen setting up orders or in a restaurant setting using cashiering software.
- Knowledge of proper food preparation techniques including chopping, cutting and cooking meat and other large pieces of food.
- Ability to work well under pressure with advanced job skills no such as time management and multi-tasking.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards is imperative. Must be able to keep job clean according to company standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
