Requirements of Chef

• Step into the restaurant with a smile on your face in a skip in your step
• Maintaining impeccable standards within kitchen through prep, service and cleanliness
• No job too big or too small
• Be a team player - you're the first to jump in if someone's falling behind
• Building a strong knowledge of our menu, suppliers, ingredients and presentation of dishes

Responsibilities of the Chef:

• To support the head chef & sous in the day to day running of kitchen
• Run section and organise section prep
• Keep standards and hygiene levels high

Salary & Benefits

• £10.50- £12 per hour depending on experience
• Cash & card tips split equally between team
• Weekly pay
