Job description
We are looking for a starter up to pans level Chef de Partie to join Lussmann's friendly team. This will be on the starter/grill or pans section and involves hot and cold assembly and preparation for service. Full training will be provided with excellent progression opportunities.
Lussmanns Fish & Grill is a popular, independent sustainable restaurant group with brasseries in Hertford, St Albans, Harpenden, Hitchin and Berkhamsted.
Your basic hourly wage will be £13.67-14.42 per hour.
Responsibilities include:
Prep and service work, cleaning down, compliance training (food safety, health and safety, COSHH, allergens).
