The Chapel General Manager
The Chapel is to be taken to unprecedented recognition, and we are looking for someone to join this highly talented team. We are looking for a talented and passionate Restaurant General Manager to join the flagship restaurant at one of the most unique & luxurious properties that Cornwall has to offer, The Bodmin Jail Hotel.
As the Chapel General Manager, you will provide an exceptional guest experience. You will be an excellent communicator, a true leader that brings passion and inspiration to everyone around you. You will have a strong knowledge of food and beverage, motivating your team to achieve the best results. You will be a motivational leader with a natural ability to motivate, train and develop your team to ensure they create the most memorable experience for our guests.
This position holds full P&L accountability and responsibility for the success of the department. This means that you will be expected to own and drive the sales conversions, marketing requirements and budget achievement while also be prudent with labour costs, purchasing and GP delivery.
