About the Department/Team:
The Channel sales team play a huge role in the business, which we take very seriously. We are the start of the Partner/channel sale process and the first point of contact for potential new partners. As part of the role, we nurture, create and develop partner leads into opportunities and support the Head of channel in a quest to deliver new partners into the Lily Eco system.
Lily is going through an exciting period of high growth and so we are in the process of scaling up this team; which means huge potential for both commission and career progression for those that join the team now. We are creating a team of energetic, motivated and target driven sales people who work hard but have fun. We’d love you to join us!
What the job is:
The primary focus of this role is to make outbound telephone calls to a targeted database of potential Lily Partners to generate new Partner opportunities for the Channel Manager / Head of Channel to close.
We offer a great basic with OTE £35,000+ and regular, additional incentives.
Within the role you will need to:
- Self-source leads and set well qualified partner opportunities for the Head of Channel to pursue and bring onboard
- Manage the database to spot opportunities, understand market changes and gain knowledge of on-going and future business requirements.
- Create new partner relationships and develop new contacts inside and outside the database for sales targeting and introduction to our Head of Channel
- Achieve personal targets, team targets and KPI’s.
- Present our company to potential partners.

About You:
Are you an outgoing, confident individual who enjoys a challenge? Do you possess a strong ability to build rapport and have an interest in the IT/Tech sector? Have you got a ‘can do/no quit’ attitude?
Although previous outbound telephone sales experience working inside a Partner/channel Eco system is preferred, having the right attitude, motivation and commitment is more important as we are able to provide full training to the right candidates.
