We are looking for an Online Channel Merchandiser to join our team on a 12 Month FTC.

What will you do as a Channel Merchandiser?

• All concessions and own website appropriately stocked to achieve their sales budget and realise their potential.
• Responsible for all web and concession stock queries for the business
• Accountable for setting up meetings with the key concessions to discuss future plans and opportunities
• Responsible for setting up and tracking the concession sales budgets and margin performance
• Work closely with the buying manager to interpret all concession product quirks and trading lessons and feedback recommendations to the planning and allocating teams to improve the quality and accuracy of future seasons stock allocations
• Web and concession analysis to improve sales and profit and for future seasons strategies.
• Full awareness of brand promotional activity. Working with concessions to ensure the stock is effectively managed at the end of the season
• Accountable for the smooth launch of new concessions.
• Commercial awareness of business performance, how this impacts the online business and managing appropriate actions.
• Team management, supporting with growth and personal development

What will you need to succeed as our Channel Merchandiser?

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Proven experience in Branch Merchandising or Core Merchandising in a retail head office
• Ability to prioritise own workload and work under own initiative
• Confident and articulate communicator, with an ability to build strong cross functional relationships.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proven Time management skills
• Experience of working cross functionally
• Proactive, can do attitude
• Self-motivated & enthusiastic
