Tasks in the role
Manage YouTube content calendar, synchronize the schedule with other teams, and control content production
Collaborate with other teams to develop a content calendar and create necessary design elements
Upload content, edit videos, and optimize titles and descriptions so it’s SEO-friendly
Perform regular channel content audit
Keep up to date with YouTube trends and best practices
Increase audience engagement
Respond to comments and provoke discussions
Grow channel audience and organic views
Who we are looking for
3+ years of YouTube channel management experience
Proven track record of successfully implemented projects on YouTube
Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and analytics
Strong organizational skills
Experience working with in-house/external content writers and designers

As a YouTube Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing engaging and educational YouTube content that enhances our brand presence, builds a strong community, and drives meaningful interactions.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact if you deeply understand YouTube algorithms, SEO strategies, and the ability to analyze data for informed decision-making. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and implement creative ideas to drive channel growth, increase subscribers, and improve engagement metrics.
