JOB TITLE: Senior Professional Change Manager
LOCATION: Remote UK based Flexible working with travel as required
TYPE: Permanent, Full - time (37.5 hrs per week)

The London Market Business (known as XIS and XCS) is a joint venture between DXC Technology, the International Underwriters Association (IUA) and Lloyd’s of London, operating in the ‘London Market’.
The ‘London Market’ is a complex ecosystem of Brokers, Managing Agents, Syndicates, Companies and Experts, all of which use shared services to underwrite premiums and pay claims.
With unrivalled knowledge of mission-critical operations, the London Market Business has over 450 employees helping insurers compete in a changing, more consumer-centric market. Our core business services involve performing checks on insurance documents, processing premium transactions and processing claims transactions.
Job Overview:
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an individual who Plays a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Focuses on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
Training will be provided for all systems required to perform the role.
What you will be doing:
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities; - Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Support communication efforts - Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
  • Assess the change impact - Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support training efforts - Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Coach Sponsors and Key Stakeholders - Raise awareness of the role sponsors and stakeholders play in the change management process. Support development of skills and monitor progress.
  • Support Resistance Management - Collaborate with sponsors and key stakeholders to identify areas of resistance and supporting the planning of mitigation activities across the lifecycle of the change.
  • Support development and effectiveness of sponsor networks - Support and engage sponsors on a change initiative to build an effective network of people accountable for groups of individuals impacted by a change
  • Collaborate and Integrate with Project Teams and Business leads - Integrate change management activities into the project plan
  • Metrics, tracking and reporting - Work with sponsors and key stakeholders to define key metrics for measuring and tracking adoption of a change.
  • Support the achievement of Return on Investment - contributing to benefits tracking by ensuring benefits are evaluated in terms of dependence on adoption and usage by individuals.
We're looking for people who have:
  • Strong numeracy, verbal, and literacy skills
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Outlook and MS Office
  • Work to a high level of accuracy with attention to detail
  • Strong organisational, personal and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience in problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Good presentation skills to present to management and customers
  • Good leadership skills to coordinate, oversee and lead team/project members
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases in a project lifecycle
  • Business solutions software skills
  • Willingness to travel
