Job description
We believe this is a great role because of the dynamism in our team, the growth strategy Aviva has right now and the spectrum of projects this team works on (digital journeys, new systems for schemes, new underwriting workbench projects, systems thinking, and also harmonising our IT landscape. The role involves lots of London market work and is backed by the resources and support of the UK’s largest insurer.
- Experience in managing and leading change project teams.
- Experience & knowledge of change/project management methodologies & tools, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Experience of developing & using delivery frameworks for portfolio/programmes/projects.
- To have and to build on experience of working collaboratively within large, sophisticated organisations.
- Background of strong commercial business acumen to create and deliver business cases.
- A love of learning, grounded in curiosity, open-mindedness and a drive to make things better by understanding them more completely.
- Salary starting from £50,000 - £70,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
