Salary:

Lead Change Manager £50,954 - £58,883, dependent on skills and experience plus the opportunity to qualify for a £5,128 skills-related payment.

Business Change Manager: £43,172 - £49,891 dependent on skills and experience plus the opportunity to qualify for a £4,198 additional skills-related payment.

Change Analyst: £36,733 - £42,445 dependent on skills and experience.


Flexible Working: We support full-time, part-time, compressed and flexible hours. We’re committed to offering remote working in our organisation, however, our ability to do so is dependent on role requirements and business need.

enables and supports positive transformation across the organisation, helping to deliver new capabilities and tools to overcome business challenges. When you join the team, you’ll help key business areas to overcome their most important challenges, using your innovative and analytic mindset to support them at every stage. Roles in this area include:


Change Analyst

As an entry-level Change Analyst, you’ll gain experience in a rewarding environment as part of a forward-thinking team, as you help to deliver projects and programmes that protect the UK. You’ll be working alongside Change Managers and Business Analysts to develop your skills, gaining a strong understanding of our vision and helping us bring this to life.


Business Change Manager

You’ll improve and transform our capabilities, working on projects and change initiatives you’ll support our key business areas to realise their most important challenges. Your role will be to act as a conscience, ensuring that people, not just process or technology, are at the heart of change.


Lead Change Manager

You’ll develop and implement change strategies that span tech adoption, cultural change and underpin the overall strategic objectives. Getting to grips with the needs and challenges of our customers, you’ll help everyone to understand the benefits of new ways of working – and get them ready to play their part in the process.
