main responsibilities- Be responsible for the full project life cycle of change initiatives within the itsu business and technology areas by offering creative proposals for introducing change to meet the emerging demands of the itsu business strategy
- Lead the scoping of projects through to building the business cases to seek approval from the itsu Executive Team with a commercial and financial perspective
- Manage project budgets and support the negotiation of contractual arrangements required with suppliers, including Master Service Agreements and Requests for Change
- Be at the heart of the coordination with stakeholders during project inception through to pilot to ensure that each project delivers to expectation when it is rolled out
- Be responsible for the quality and defect management approach for each project, being reflective of the scale and complexity of each, and happy to get stuck in to testing where needed
- Manage the risks and issues emerging from projects with a focus on creating workable mitigation plans
- Coordinate with third party suppliers in the delivery of technology and business elements of each project to foster log lasting partnerships
- Manage Pilot phases to ensure that planned changes are fit for purpose and seamlessly transitioned to the Delivery Project Manager to complete rollout into BAU
- Prepare business readiness to ensure that the change transformation activities are defined and consistently followed as part of all rollouts
- Own service transition to the itsu Support Manager to ensure a full support model to is in place and budgeted for correctly
- Work closely with the Business Systems Application Manager, IT team and business teams to provide the single point of ownership for change projects
- Ensure that all itsu policies and security procedures are followed as part of project governance
The role reports directly to the Head of IT and forms a vital part of our high-performing IT team. At a high level, the role is designed to primarily Project Manage itsu’s ambitious change agenda into 2024 and beyond.

the ideal candidate- Delivered projects with exposure to the full project life cycle, whether that is waterfall or agile
- Experience of Business Change Transformation will be a major advantage as provides an opportunity to influence our maturing change practices
- Comfortable managing a portfolio of projects that covers all parts of a successful hospitality business, with a real desire to understand our business and what is important to our teams
- Will be as much at ease in the strategic thinking for change as in the detail with a can-do attitude to working through challenges and taking the lead when required
- Provides clear and targeted reporting of project status against timelines and budget to engage stakeholders and project teams in clear decision making
- Experience in day-to-day scheduling, liaison and management of 3rd parties that supply technology services
- Exhibits a collaborative style in the management of relevant 3rd parties to ensure that the communication and spirit of partnership delivers what is needed for itsu and our suppliers
- A calm approach to prioritising and managing workloads for you and the project team, including the wider engagement of business teams, getting into the detail when needed
- Experienced in delivering projects with digital, technical and retail operations
- An ability to take the perspective of the customer when working through projects will be a real strength to delivering great projects
