What you’ll be doing
- Providing change management and adoption services across high profile transofmational projects within Corporate Units
- Design next gen behavioural change strategies which are inclusive of data driven insights, L&D, communications, cultural benefits, change networks & stakeholder management
- Guiding programmes in agile delivery so that they address the wide range of change, operational and organisational factors to be addressed to ensure change sticks
- Role model and drive cultural change, helping to support iniaitives that enhance colleague satisfaction & productivity throughout Corporate Unit’s Digital
- Provide overarching change leadership across the portfolio, helping to develop other professionals around you whilst also creating relevant transformation and sustainable change management strategies
- Identifying the presence of and driving programmes in the resolution of overarching risks, interdependencies, and opportunities across Corporate Units Digital, and related impacted programmes
- Influencing internally and externally, across multiple stakeholders including service providers, external vendors, contractors, offshore and onshore providers, managing directors, directors, and chief technology innovation officers, building partnerships across these groups
- You will need to be proactive and self-driven in the delivery of services to senior stakeholders and will need to lead others to be self-managing in pursuit of business goals, and the wider strategy
- Facilitating workshops including change strategy, logistics and delivery of clear outcomes and benefits
- Managing a global team, connecting colleagues across geography’s to drive successful change outcomes for the business
You'll have the following skills and experience
- Change delivery experience within complex corporate programmes of at least one of IT, Digital technology, business process, people and cultural change. Includes stakeholder engagement across multiple functions/organisations, with executive/director level engagement
- Agile programme or project management experience, including planning, adapting plans, managing risks and issues as well as stakeholder management
- Dealing with people at all levels of the organisation up to director/MD level, establishing goals and realities, bringing vision to life, providing guidance, support and clarity, facilitating decision making and design, problem solving
- Experience in working in corporate technology environment, with an understanding of the sector and the complexities of driving change in a corporate technology, engineering and or telecoms environment. Will need to build on or develop an extensive knowledge of the complex BT services portfolio, and be able to predict, understand and innovate interventions to transform and prevent operational issues
