- Starting salary: £57,502 - £62,666 pro-rata (£71,878 - £78,322 fte)

Chief Finance Officer
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer with outstanding leadership and communication skills to join our central trust team.
As the Chief Financial Officer you will be responsible for all aspects of finance within the trust, providing leadership for the Central Support Team and the school based Operations Managers. The role will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer as the trust continues to seek growth opportunities, ensuring long term financial health and stability across all areas of the trust.

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Purpose of the Job
To lead on finance within the trust providing advice and support to the CEO in their role as Accounting Officer and reporting to the Board of Trustees. To provide leadership and support to the Central Support Team and the school-based Operations Managers ensuring that an efficient and effective service is provided to the trust.
This is a senior leadership team post that will change over time, where the post holder needs to be responsive and proactive in the context of strategic priorities. It is not possible therefore to set out a full range of duties.
