Provides customer service, product knowledge and sales support to fellow team members and customers that are consistent with the company standards and expectations. Strives to achieve the store and company’s goals and objectives.
£5.33 - 10.50 an hour
Part-time contract
Needs to be fully flexible and available during the week/weekends.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate Tills- Create Memberships
- Sell according to procedures
- Buy products accurately
- Process refunds according to company policy
- Transfer stock in/out
- Merchandise and re-label to a high standard
- Learn company's products and services offered, features and pricing
- Confidently demonstrate products as per company procedures
- Perform stock checks accurately and thoroughly
- Test products as per standards ensuring all products are fully functional
- Maintain Ecom ensuring 95% fulfilment
- Fulfil additional duties as per requirements of the role
- Carry out daily tasks such as cleaning
