Pay Rate: $25/hr. (Pay in lieu of Benefits - PIB)
About the Role:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing resident care and assistance with their activities of daily living. The CNA encompasses our mission by ensuring the health, wellbeing, and safety of the residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Responsibilities:
- In conjunction with Lifestyle Coordinator, participate, coordinate, and implement appropriate daily life enrichment activities according to resident needs.
- Complete accurate data collection of resident weight and vital signs including BP, Pulse, Respirations, Oral, Rectal or Ear temperature.
- Demonstrate ability to accurately document resident care information, incidents, and other important resident information and keeps other members of the team informed.
- Currently listed on the IL Department of Public Health C.N.A. registry.
- Must be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures.
- Experience working with the elderly is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
