A new role has emerged for a Ceramic Studio Artist in a growing hand painted tile/ceramics studio based just outside of Wadebridge,
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced artist who is excited about the prospect of becoming a part of our team. The ideal candidate for this position could be a mural painter, caramics painter or someone with a strong artistic background.
A successful candidate is reliable, has a good eye for detail, is able to maintain standards & consistency, has good initiative, is organised, a self starter, good communicator. The candidate must have a willingness learn and enthusiasm to grow along with the business. Must live realistially close to Wadebridge and have their own transport.
The role requires an ability to carry out a variety of duties associated with a cermaics artist - from applying transfers and basic stencil painting through to more elaborate, intricate freehand mural designs. You are able to work both collaboratively with a team and individually.
The team is looking to constantly innovate and evolve - designing new tile ranges and anticipating future fashion trends for home interior.s The candidate will have opportunity and freedom to contribute to this.
We're initially looking for someone part time, with scope to increase to full time.
