THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a CEO Office Team Administrator to provide proactive and efficient support to the CEO and CEO Office team, undertaking a full range of secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the efficient and effective running of their daily business.
Reporting to the Head of CEO Office, you will be responsible for proactively managing the CEO’s diary with organising meetings, reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks, proactively anticipating requirements.
You will work closely with the CEO Office team to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. You will act as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place and keeping the team updated. You will also anticipate the team’s needs, in particular the CEO, in advance of meetings, conferences, etc. and provide secretariat support for meetings where required, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and subsequently distributing to all participants and following up any actions.
To be considered for this role you must have experience providing support to multiple stakeholders up to and including C-Level. You must have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft office along with exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills as well as the ability to manage complex diaries.
Previous experience of working with Board Committees and secretariat as well as experience in event management would be a distinct advantage.
You must also be willing to work from the Office a minimum of 3 days per week.
