As a centre lathe turner, you will be responsible for producing components using a manual centre lathe turning machine, having the ability to read and interpret drawings.
Essential requirements:
Experience of operating a manual centre lathe turning machine
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work to tight tolerances
Ability to use a variety of hand/power tools
Ability to work to health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
Time served apprentice
