Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Central Records Assistant based in our Glasgow office to provide administrative support for the archival material of the firm within the Central Records Department of Support Services.
Your role is to
- Coordinate the closure and storage of completed matters
- Retrieve archived material from both onsite and offsite locations
- Undertake document scanning
- Inputting New Client and Matters details to the Practice Management Systems
- Inputting new Wills and title deeds to the Practice Management System
- Undertake other Central Records tasks as required
As a Central Records Assistant, you will be expected to
Have basic typing skills with accurate spelling
- Demonstrate common sense and a methodical approach
- Have good presentation skills with an eye for detail
- Be a team worker who can also work using your own initiative
