Job description
As a Service Coordinator you will to provide exceptional service experience to our customers when contact is made through the contact centre to advise of a challenge or breakdown of their beer dispense equipment.
You will support the customer to resolve the issue remotely and where this is not possible assign a Greene King Engineer or a Service Provider to support the customer on site.
As part of the Cellar Service team you will support to ensure great people in great pubs serve great Beer.

Job Description
Your role as a Service Coordinator
- Provide an exceptional Service experience for your customer
- Answering telephone queries and establish faults with beer dispense equipment, providing technical advice on how to resolve the fault and engaging the customer to self help
- Building strong working relationships within the department and across Greene King
- Ensuring jobs inputted accurately and in real time
- Develop your technical knowledge of Beer Dispense equipment.
