Job description
We are seeking a talented Chef with experience in bartending to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes while also providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus for daily specials, catering events, and private parties
- Prepare and cook food to order in a timely manner
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Create new recipes and menu items
- Mix and serve drinks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef with bartending skills
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Ellesmere Port: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
