Role: Site Administrator
Located: Boots Campus in Nottingham (parking on site is available)
Package: £21,255 plus bonus and large company benefits

What you will be doing...
To provide a proactive Customer Services function to the Document Services front office team booking in and management of jobs, and ensure that all customers are invoiced in a timely manner inline with Ricoh payment policies and to organise and update office and customer information as required.
1. Deal directly with the client to provide a first class service within their premises.
2. Help provide accurate pricing/quotations when and where required (training will be provided).
3. Where appropriate, complete customer consolidated spreadsheets for accurate and timely billing.
4. Use customer contact tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems and communicate as required.
5. Type and word-process various documents and electronic information as required.
6. Update relevant data using database applications, creating financial and statistical reports using spreadsheets as required.
7. File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other departments as needed in consultation with line manager.
8. Support document services with additional duties as required by the Operations Manager
You will ideally have...
- PC literate including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Can demonstrate good understanding of Excel
- Knowledge of Print/Document production industry
- Good understanding of the Document Services division
- Ability to communicate with all levels within the organisation
- Numerate and literate
- Excellent organisation skills
- Knowledge of Print/Document production industry
- Good understanding of the Document Services division
You will require a driving license for this position as you will need to drive the electric van around the site as required.
