Across the whole of the region we provide:

Combining resources, strategies and talented workforce enables us to deliver a wider variety of outstanding services that are based on best practice and are continually improving.

We currently employ over 3,000 members of staff and just like the population we serve, we are made up of diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

The post holders will work alongside other High Intensity Psychological Therapists (HIPIs), and will be required to assist in providing step 3 interventions and contributing to the development of the step 3 service being offered.

The step 3 service primarily offers one-to-one evidenced-based psychological treatments, which ordinarily had been face-to-face; however since COVID restrictions these have been completed entirely through telephone/video consultation and the service intends to maintain this as an offer for our clients moving forward.

The service endeavours to introduce group interventions at step 3 and post holders will be key in developing and shaping the content and delivery of step 3 disorder specific groups to sit alongside the aforementioned interventions.

Our service is keen to hear from applicants who have the motivation and enthusiasm to contribute to the innovation and improvement existing processes both within step 3 and the service as a whole.
