Catering Supervisor - Slough

£ 27,000 (£12.5/h) 40 hours per week

Shift 7AM to 3:30PM

One of the world's largest Facilities Management providers, is looking to recruit a Catering Supervisor to be based in an amazing site in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, diligent, focused individual that really want to make a difference in an exciting, state of the art facility.

Catering Supervisor Role Description:

• Catering Supervisor will ensure that preparation and service of all meals are on the highest efficiency and standards and particularly due care and attention regarding customers with special dietary requirements: for example, nut, dairy or wheat allergies.
• Catering Supervisor will be focusing on customer service, food quality and health and safety.
• Catering Supervisor will assist with administrative tasks on operational costs (margin and labour)

• To implement all required risk assessments and due diligence documentation regarding food hygiene and safe systems of work, as are required in order to pass a Safeguard audit.

• Catering Supervisor will assist with employee training, induction, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and any other necessary training.

Skills:

• Proven previous experience in catering with excellent client relationship
• Self-motivated with proven ability to work under pressure
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to empower and motivate others
