Harry's Café is a busy cafe/restaurant based near central Bristol, on the roundabout near Temple Meads train station. We are currently looking for a new senior Catering Assistant to join our busy team and support the current manager. They must have experience in all aspects of kitchen, catering and hospitality. Duties to include;......
* Cooking, plating up and preparing food in accordance with 5* food hygiene regulations with Level 2 Food Hygiene minimum (Level 3 preferred, but not essential)
* Serving customers, waiting tables, and using the till
* Clearing tables, cleaning and pot washing
* Stock rotation, checking in deliveries
* Barista (full on job training provided)
* Supervision of staff, daily running of cafe including balancing of till and stock ordering in the absence of the manager
This position is part time, daytime hours, over a 4 day period Fri-Mon including Saturday's and Sunday's. Overtime available.
