Job description
- Deliver a high standard of service in a corporate environment
- Be confident in dealing with any issue that arises in a professional manner while on duty
- Assisting with set up and clear down of counters, maintaining the level of cleanliness expected
- Taking initiative and working well independently
- Ensuring constant replenishment of counters throughout service and great food presentation
- Label Grab & Go products
- Flexible approach to meeting customer/client requests
- To operate a touch screen till and be responsible for any money in their care in compliance with all Lexington procedures with regards to financial security
- To ensure correct storage and rotation of stock, as and when required
- Count stock and order goods
- To comply with all health, safety and hygiene regulations
- To ensure the highest level of customer service and food standards are achieved
Skills & Experience
To fill the role of Catering Assistant, we will require you to possess these essential skills and experience:
- Presentable and always smiling
- A passion for coffee, food and service
- Attention to details is imperative
- Friendly and outgoing
- A team player with the ability to multi task
- Flexible approach
- Able to work under pressure and understand the needs of the business
- Excellent customer service skills a must
