As a progressive student-centred College, we are now looking for Catch up Tuition Lecturers, multiple vacancies available.

Details of the role
The successful candidate will co-ordindate and deliver small group tuition lessons to students who have experienced disruption to their learning as a result of the Covid 19 Pandemic. You will inspire and motivate students through outstanding teaching and learning that stretches and challenges students to be the best they can be. You will help students to bridge gaps in their knowledge, develop study skills and develop their personal attributes though your tuition programme.
You should be passionate about your area of teaching and be enthusiastic about developing your students English, Maths and employability skills. All of this will be underpinned by regular target setting and progress monitoring to ensure that all students achieve successful outcomes.
Job requirements
The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications to Level 3 equivalent or above and work experience, ideally current, in the subject area. You will be an enthusiastic team member who is flexible and willing to work under pressure. You will have a Level 5 Teaching Qualification (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards within 4 years.
We have multiple vacancies available, both full and part, with flexibility to suit you. This is a fixed term contract until July 2023.
