The Turndown Attendant role:
The Turndown Attendant services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level. The Turndown Attendant provides a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in. This position will be filled on a casual/on-call basis.
The ideal Turndown Attendant will have:
At least one year’s experience as a Room/Turndown Attendant is preferred
Good communications skills with a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile
All applicants must hold the Right to Work in the UK
