Position: Casual Support Worker Location: Lincoln Hours: Zero hours per week (Mon-Sun, including weekends, evenings, holidays, waking nights) Salary: £11.92 per hour inclusive of holiday pay or, £10.64 per hour exclusive of holiday pay Job ref: LIN-LIN-SER-003534 About the Role: Are you caring, fun and up for a challenge? Advance is looking for a Casual Support Worker in Lincoln to support customers with Learning Disabilities/ Autism/ Complex needs/ mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. Day to Day Activities: Support to prepare and cook meals Support to attend medical appointments Support with social activities Support with independent skills Support to maintain living environment About the candidate You don't need to have previous experience working in care or support to be successful in this role. What matters are your values, your passion and determination to make a difference in the lives of people with Autism or learning disabilities.
