This role would be perfect for someone who is looking for a step into employment, looking to try a new work environment, needs flexible shifts or is unable to commit to a permanent position.
It could also be that first step on the career ladder into sports or security, with training given, development opportunities, attractive hourly rates and working with inspirational colleagues.
As a Steward you will be delivering a fantastic experience for everyone coming to St Mary’s Stadium, supporting fans & visitors with your welcoming approach, and helping to keep people safe on match days & other events. You don’t need previous experience or qualifications, just a can-do attitude and willingness to help others.
