Casual Room Attendant/Cleaner
Holiday Inn Telford-Ironbridge/International Hotel Telford
We are recruiting for Room Attendants to join the Housekeeping team at Holiday Inn Telford-Ironbridge. Working hours are 8.30am or 9am start and 2.30pm or 3pm finish.
Our Casual contracts are great for people looking to top up their income and/or work flexibly, as work is offered with hours to suit both you and the peak trading times of our business. Various shifts are available, including week days, weekends and bank holidays.
What you will be doing…
- Cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard.
- Checking that all room equipment is functioning correctly and reporting any malfunctions or damage.
- Using cleaning materials and equipment in line with health and safety guidance.
- Dealing with customers in a polite and friendly manner.

- Weekend availability
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work on own and as part of a team
- Ability to manage time and workload
- Proof of right to work in the UK
