We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team on a casual contract as a Retail Sales Advisors at our Anfield Store. We`re looking individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working as part of a team.
What will you be doing?
This role is responsible for ensuring that the overall customer experience within the Liverpool Football Club Store is to the highest possible standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
- Till work including processing cash and card payments.
- Gaining and building upon Product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling.
- Merchandising/display.
- Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
- Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful, you will have previous retail and/or customer service experience, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. A retail and/or customer service qualifications would be advantageous. You will be able to work flexible hours.

This role is on a casual contract. Your main base will be our Anfield Store.
