Our Retail Stores at the Emirates Stadium provide an amazing opportunity for our supporters to engage with Arsenal. We sell a wide range of Arsenal related products and act as a hub of supporter activity throughout the football season, especially on a matchday.
As a Casual Retail Assistant, you’ll ensure an amazing supporter experience by delivering exceptional service to every customer.

Your day-to-day
- Providing a dedicated supporter experience during matchdays, by providing excellent customer service to all visitors at our stores.
- Becoming an expert on our products to help provide customers with the best service and information.
- Working at pace, without compromising on quality to serve up to 60,000 supporters and customers who attend our matchdays.
- Being a flexible and committed team player, who’s able to support our Club throughout the football season.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and security.

- Someone who is friendly, a strong communicator and can work well as part of a team.
- A commitment to working during our matchdays at the Emirates Stadium, with varying kick off times.
