Job description

Our Retail Stores at the Emirates Stadium provide an amazing opportunity for our supporters to engage with Arsenal. We sell a wide range of Arsenal related products and act as a hub of supporter activity throughout the football season, especially on a matchday.

As a Casual Retail Assistant, you’ll ensure an amazing supporter experience by delivering exceptional service to every customer.

Who we are

We are one of the most famous clubs in world football, with a rich heritage and history of success – read more about our history, here.

Beyond that, we are passionate about our local community and, behind the scenes, we have a wide variety of opportunities and career paths for all. We have a very defined purpose: to act for a winning team, culture and community. We achieve this by ensuring we are courageous in the pursuit of progress, we champion our community and each other, and that we do the right thing (even when no one is looking).

Your day-to-day

  • Providing a dedicated supporter experience during matchdays, by providing excellent customer service to all visitors at our stores.
  • Becoming an expert on our products to help provide customers with the best service and information.
  • Working at pace, without compromising on quality to serve up to 60,000 supporters and customers who attend our matchdays.
  • Being a flexible and committed team player, who’s able to support our Club throughout the football season.
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and security.

What we are looking for

  • A passion for delivering amazing experiences for our supporters and customers.
  • Someone who is friendly, a strong communicator and can work well as part of a team.
  • A commitment to working during our matchdays at the Emirates Stadium, with varying kick off times.

Arsenal for Everyone

Arsenal for Everyone is our commitment to promoting and embracing equality, diversity and inclusion, so that everyone connected to the club feels like they belong to the same Arsenal family. We believe that diversity of background, skills and experience drives our success on and off the pitch.
