We are looking for candidates with an interest in performance analysis to join the Analysis team within the boys' and girls' academies.
You will assist the performance analysis department to deliver high quality footage to facilitate player development. Working with the most up to date technology and football analysis software you will contribute to the development of players through a video feedback process.
You will be required to work on evenings and weekends covering matches at Staplewood Training Ground and on occasion, Talent Centres, St. Mary’s Stadium or away fixtures.
What will you be doing?
- Set up and film matches using Pixellot air cameras or Vantage Points
- Process & Upload matches to Hudl platforms.
- Provide tactical and technical feedback to coaches.
- Ensure the relationship with children and vulnerable adults is appropriate and language behaviour and demeanour is suitable. The company will expect you to undertake training to ensure an understanding of best practice in relation to Children and/or vulnerable adults.
Is this you?
Essential Experience:
- A good level of football knowledge and Analysis experience.
- A good understanding of the elite sporting environment.
- Experience of working with Mac OS Platform.
- Experience using SportsCode, Keynote, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience filming and video editing processes at a semi-professional club or higher.
Essential Qualifications:
- Undertaking or graduate of a bachelor level degree in a Performance Analysis or Sports Related Degree.
