Salary: £10.79 per hour plus 10.7% in lieu of annual leave

We are now seeking a Level 2 Fitness Assistant for casual work within North Lincolnshire Councils Leisure Centres. Hours would be variable including early mornings, evenings and weekends. Applicants must hold a minimum of Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification. We are looking for someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills, works as part of a team, is passionate about fitness and wants to make a difference to people’s lives. Opportunities for training and development will be available.
Duties will include:
- Showing potentially customers around the facilities, inspiring them to use our facilities
- Showing customers how to use our fitness equipment and explaining the benefits
- Devising bespoke programme that suits the needs of the customer
- Creating a warm and friendly environment within our gyms and being customer focused
