Casual Food & Beverage Assistant
Swansea Arena are looking for an enthusiastic, high energy team of Food and Beverage Assistants to support our programme of events consisting of live music, comedy, theatre, conferences, banquets.
Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, the successful candidates will become part of our team of Food and Beverage Assistants in delivering high quality food and drink service across 2 food kiosks, 5 bars and a VIP Lounge. With 100 performances a year, plus conferences, events and exhibitions – this is a fantastic opportunity to work in an exciting and team led environment, helping to create an unforgettable customer experience in a 3500 capacity venue.
The successful candidates will have experience working in food and or drink service, or a desire to learn, be an excellent team player, have the ability to think creatively when problem solving, and be able to remain calm under pressure! Shifts within live entertainment can be fast paced and varied, so a flexible, energetic and positive attitude is an essential attribute for all members of the venue team.
This role is perfect for anyone who wants to supplement another role with additional shifts or work alongside education. Full training will be provided for the role. If you have previous experience in either the food or beverage sector, then we will tailor training to match your skillset, equally we will happily train you dynamically across both areas.
