Join the fun and work at the UK's most exciting castle, home to the UK's largest birds of prey show - The Falconers Quest, and host to a number of spectacular events and attractions.
Come and join our amazing team for the 2023 season and work at fantastic events such as Dragon Slayer, The Haunted Castle, Music Concerts and Christmas at the Castle which includes an ice rink and light show.
We are looking for dynamic team players who are looking for a fun and engaging role. From formal banquets in the Great Hall, to fairy tale weddings, lively themed dinners and conferences and team days, our range of events is incredibly diverse.
This is a fun but high energy customer facing role. Your role will require you to have the ability to work under pressure, whilst ensuring our customers have a great time during their visit.
Your main responsibilities will include
- Serving food and drinks to guests at their tables
- Cleaning and bussing the tables between courses
- Working on the bar and replenishing drinks
- Interacting with guests
- Marshalling events
- Supporting with the set up and closedown of events

This is a seasonal role. Shifts can be up to 12 hours and depending on the event finishing times could be up to 3am.
Due to the nature of this role we can only accept applicants aged 18 & over.
