Meet a member of our team
Hi, I'm Kate
I have worked for the Libraries and Information Service since 2016. I deal with customers face to face daily, helping with a diverse range of Council enquiries and library questions. You never know what question is coming next and the variety makes the job very interesting. I also run library and seasonal themed events for the public and schools, such as Storytime, Baby Bounce and Rhyme and crafting sessions. It's such fun and very rewarding seeing the young children enjoying their visit to us, having fun and choosing their books. I have a lot of fun creating new displays throughout the library all year round.
