About us
Our client is a new Ibiza-inspired VIP Cocktail Lounge with Weekend Brunches and Daytime Cafe in Leeds City Centre. We are a young, fast-paced, collaborative team of creatives, and our goal is to serve great cocktails and music all day and night.

Our venue is looking for bartenders who is responsible for mixing drinks, serving alcoholic beverages, and ensuring that customers have a great experience. Prior bartending experience is required for some roles, but training is provided and we are looking to build a long-term team. We're also looking for someone who can effectively communicate, listen and assess guest needs, and relay our offering and menu clearly.
Responsibilities:
- Mix drinks to recipe with technique, style and accuracy.
- Maintain an inventory of alcohol, glassware, and bar supplies.
- Be able to support others in drink making and customer service skills.
- Be able to work very quickly while remaining attentive to customers.
- Be able to handle difficult customers.
- Collecting glassware and routine cleaning tasks.
- Prepare bar snacks and cocktail bar ingredients.
- Clean up spills, broken glass and other waste.
- Restock condiments and garnishes.
- Learn our menu and develop skills and knowledge in cocktail bartending.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £8.50-£11.00 per hour
