Role

Bar Staff at the O2 Academy Oxford’s are part of a diverse team of front-of-house employees. The role is to ensure our bars’ operation is executed to the highest standard across a wide variety of live shows, clubs, and events. Bar staff will work closely with the Bar Manager to serve drinks, maintain the bar, and provide top quality customer service at Gigs and Clubs.

About the role

We offer flexible working hours, predominantly in the evenings, and a great opportunity to see live music whilst learning about how the events industry works.

No prior experience in bar work is required as we provide staff training and development.
