We're looking for a CASS Specialist to:
We're looking for a CASS Specialist to:
- act as a subject matter expert, supporting the CASS team with technical queries
- conduct targeted quality assurance reviews of key CASS controls and specific business areas
- work in partnership with relevant business areas to ensure full compliance with the CASS rules
- deliver tailored CASS training to help maintain a strong CASS culture across the firm
Your team
You'll be working in the CASS Adherence team in London. We are a control and oversight team within Investment Bank Operations, and we oversee the firm's compliance with the FCA's CASS rules. Your expertise
- 8 years+ experience in CASS within the financial services industry. This experience could have been gained at a professional services firm or working within an FCA authorized entity.
- strong experience with assessing the design and operating effectiveness of controls
- ability to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders.
- skilled in managing competing priorities
- analytic, with the ability to provide practical solutions for minimizing risk
- reliable when working on your own, with sound judgment for when to escalate issues
