About the role:

Our Cashier is an integral part of the team, working with our Regional FC and team of cashiers along with a third party finance partner, you will be responsible for the auditing and reconciliation of our daily revenue.

Outline Job Description:

• Audit all revenue outlet reports and reconcile to Opera (PMS) on a daily basis
• Analyse and check all night audit reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile all credit card transactions
• Review all management accounts to ensure validity and collectability.
• Ensure that all hotel ledgers are in balance
• Manage Accounts Receivable Ledger – ensuring all invoices are transferred to the ledger, are valid and collectible. Perform credit control functions and report on a weekly basis to General Manager

Salary:

• £20-25K per annum dependent on part time or full time
• Can be on an hourly rate

Previous hotel experience beneficial

Min 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32-40 per week

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
