Guest Service Representative Responsibilities:
Guest Service Representative responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following;
· Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
· Ensure speed of service
· Understand and be capable of handling guest concerns
· Maintain store presentation and standards
· Effectively and efficiently execute daily tasks
· Uphold Thorntons Core Values
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED • Excellent customer service skills are a must • Be flexible and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment • Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays • Willing and able to complete a pre-employment criminal background check
