Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Silvertime Casino is a full-service, locally owned and operated AGC group in London. We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative with outstanding communication skills. Our customer service representatives are responsible for building relationships with our customers to ensure they receive the best quality and service possible. As we are based in the heart of London's China Town, a Chinese speaking candidate would be ideal.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter and assist them with their orders, questions, and concerns.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Answer questions about our menu, menu items, and services.
- Communicate with co-workers and management regarding daily issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all customers.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to provide the utmost customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience: Prior customer service experience is required. Experience in the gaming industry is preferred but not required. The applicant must be able to work on their feet for extended periods of time, be able to lift up to 50 lbs., and possess good communication skills (both verbal and written). The position requires the ability to learn new skills quickly enough to provide top-notch customer service on an ongoing basis while also being familiar with our products and services so that you can provide accurate information about them as well. The position requires the ability to follow instructions as well as stay up-to-date on product offerings and changes in our business strategy.
