Cashier Clerk
Full-Time, Hourly
Job Summary
Under direct supervision, the Cashier / Clerk provides customer service, such as receiving payments on customer accounts, opening new accounts and addressing all other customer inquiries. Balance Cash drawer on a daily basis. Process night deposit payments and perform miscellaneous duties such as filing, answering phones, and maintaining supplies. All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or GED. Preferred 6 months experience of relevant experience as a cashier and/or bank teller. Good math skills and cash handling. Great customer service skills. Must have good communication skills (reading, writing and speaking). Able to problem solving with the ability to prioritize. Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with great attention to detail. Must be proficient with 10-key calculator. Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Physical Demands
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Sitting and standing for extended periods of time. Position requires the employee to be exposed to an office setting.
Job Type: Full-time
