My Daily Activities We value your two cents at Sendik's! As a Customer Service Lead you will have exposure to all areas of the department. You’ll ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience, oversee all office tasks and bookwork and ensure that the team is accomplishing all daily tasks.

Qualifications • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age due to handling wine and spirits • Prior experience in customer service, cash handling and leadership experience is required • Ability to successfully lead, coach, train, develop and motivate a team • Ability to provide clear direction and delegate responsibilities to a team • Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions, priorities and circumstance • Ability to work at a fast paced and efficient manner • Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, push/pull for extended periods of time • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Not sure if this position is the right career for you or do you need an accommodation?
