Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execute 100% accuracy, speed, quality, and presentation of all orders
- Complete cleaning and stocking duties
- Maintain Quality Bakery-Café Operations While Ensuring Guest Satisfaction
- Ring up orders quickly and accurately.
- Know our menu.
- Help customers with questions or requests.
- Deliver excellent customer service in every circumstance.
- Convey energy, warmth, and a passion for good eating.
- Step in and support your manager and team.
Qualifications:
- You want to partner with a fun, energized team that can work hard and laugh often.
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Lift up to 25-50 lbs. now and then
- Handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking trash out in the summer, etc.
- Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment
