Job description
Duties will include:
Operating the computerised tills and barcode scanners at the various tills around site including pet care
Processing vouchers and other promotional materials
Processing loyalty club cards/points and trade cards/sales
Completing card and cash transactions
Entering accurate contact details for customer deliveries
Being aware of legal requirements with regard to age restrictions
Daily care of the tills department including cleaning, merchandising, re-stocking
Customer service and handling of enquiries
Providing support in other areas of the business when needed

Display an interest in gaining general knowledge of our various products and services
