We are looking for a Store Assistant/casheir to join our team and help provide exceptional customer service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs, providing product knowledge, and helping to maintain the store's cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and determine their needs and wants.
• Provide product information and advice to customers.
• Demonstrate the use of products to customers.
• Process payments and handle returns.
• Providing an engaging, convenient and accurate check out for the customer
• Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
• Maintaining personal and productivity goals

Key Skills:

• Provide an amazing 1-2-1 service to guests Strong communication and IT skills Manage, attend and be involved with clientelling and luxury events Able to multi task in a fast paced environment Confident, personable and service focused A professional, positive approach at all time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
